  The easiest way to donate to the Tiny Empires Gianfar Kingdom Relay for Life fund raiser is to go to the Gianfar sim and drop some coinage into an official Relay for Life Donation Kiosk.  Always make sure you're using an official kiosk!  You can learn more about that on the SL Relay for Life website at slrfl.org.  We'll have kiosks scattered all over the sims during the  event too, so it'll be easy for you to give when you're inspired!  If you can't get into Second Life (bummer for you!) then you can feel free to hit up our RFL Gianfar Team website.     We've got six sims for this event with plenty of open spaces that are easy to navigate, and a generous prim budget to keep the lag down.  Our Merchandising Goddess, Wendy Foxchase, is heading up the vendors and advertising situation and has set up a notecard giver with the application, and a notecard dropper to put them in, at her store at  Foxchase Designs on the Wildmutt sim.  We realize it's inconvenient for you to use a dropper instead of just dropping the nc on her, and we apologize, but the dropper has several admins and enables us to make sure you are taken care of.

Relay for Life merchants get a FREE 25 prim merchant space (as long as you bring your RFL vendor, too!)  Non-RFL merchants are welcome, but a donation to RFL is required to get your space.   We'll provide the booth or space, advertise all over the place for the event, and make sure you're easy to find.  All you'll need to do is rez your stuff and get your party on!

All merchants will be placed on a first come, first served basis - with RFL merchants getting first priority.  You say you need more than 25 prims?  No problem!  Let Wendy know and we can accommodate you for an extra donation to RFL.

The only networked vendors allowed in the sims during this event will be the RFL vendors.  Sorry if this means a bit more work for you, but we are dedicated to making this the best possible experience for attendees.  Lag management is a priority!

Perform

    
  So you are full of music, have something to say, and just gotta let it out?  We'd love to hear from you! 

As a performer you'll receive a large amount of exposure, people from all over SL will come to enjoy this event.  Your performance will be streamed across multiple sims.  We will be providing a large quantity of advertising for this event, furthering your exposure.  Staging and a stream will be provided.  And all this for a good cause!

If you want to donate a performance to Relay-palooza, please send Aisling Loon in Second Life, our Tiny Empires "Punk Princess" and RFL Team Captain, a notecard with your name, your band's name if applicable, and the genre.  She'll contact you about scheduling, but hurry because the slots are filling fast!

     Further advertising at the event itself will be made available in the form of signs and advertisements read by our MC's.  These ads will be available based on donations to Relay for Life.   Whether you are vending and want to add some exposure, not vending but would like to get your word out, have a game or event you'd like to offer the crowd during the festivities, or just generally have a message you'd like to put across - we're going to provide you with the means to do it (for a donation to the cause, of course)!
