you know how many)
[ ] Special Needs (more space, located near certain merchants,

Here's how it works: Fill out this form and drop it in my mailbox at
the landing point of my main store at
Foxchase Designs on the Wildmutt sim.
(I'm not looking to sell you my stuff, or bump my traffic, it's just
the most convenient spot for me and it's not laggy)
* The form gets you on the list and gives me time to put you on the
teleport maps and add you to the website.
* Merchant booths open for set up at 11:00pm SLT on Monday, May 5th.
If you're on the list, you can reserve your booth by placing a prim
or your sign in there. Payment for booths/extra prims/ sponsorship/
etc. goes directly into one of the official Relay For Life kiosks,
and needs to be done with a merchant coordinator watching. That's
why I requested "good times to contact you"
We have so many team kiosks around SL, that your payment would be
lost in the list. So when the time suits you, we'll send you a
coordinator to mark you as "paid".
* All merchants get advertising, a map listing, a spot on the
website

A store banner, an advertising package for your other shops, and as
much visibility as I can get for you.
Expect small groupings of spacious booths, not 10x10 mall cubes.
